Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited("Ludgate" and the "Company")Directorate Changes
The board of Ludgate is pleased to announce the appointment of Denis Quilty as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Quilty is currently a Vice President at State Street Jersey (formally Mourant), having been with the firm since 1997. He brings to the board significant financial and operational experience of investment funds. He is currently a non-executive director of various investment funds and has overseen the sale and purchase of numerous investments across different industries and geographical locations. Mr Quilty is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS).
The Company also announces that Matt Christensen, non-executive director of the Company, has stepped down from the board. The board wishes to thank Matt for his contribution to the Company.
John Shakeshaft, Chairman of the Company, commented: "We welcome Denis to the board of LEF. He brings with him a wealth of current experience in the management and administration of funds of particular relevance at this stage of LEF's development. We are very grateful to Matt for his service to the Company during our financing and investment cycles drawing on his professional commitment, connections and understanding of the sector".
