AIM Rule Disclosure - Schedule 2(g) Update
In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information falls to be disclosed regarding Ewen Wigley, non-executive Chairman of Leeds Group plc:
Mr Wigley was appointed Non-Executive Director of Pressac Plc ("Pressac") on 19 August 2005. On 07 September 2005, the Directors of Pressac resolved that Pressac would be unable to repay its debts as they fell due and declared the company insolvent. Pressac continued to trade with the support of its major creditors until 17 March 2006, when an administrative receiver was appointed. The receivership remains ongoing.
Director's Dealing
On 18 December 2008, the Company received notice from Peter Gyllenhammer, a non-executive Director of Leeds Group plc, that the 6,732,499 Ordinary Shares in Leeds Group in which he is beneficially interested in were secured as part of a general security arrangement against credit facilities with his bank. This arrangement was put in place prior to Mr Gyllenhammer joining the Board of Leeds Group.
On 18 December 2008, the Company received notice from Johan Claesson, a non-executive Director of Leeds Group plc, that the 7,978,050 Ordinary Shares in Leeds Group in which he is beneficially interested in were secured as part of general security arrangements against credit facilities with his banks. This arrangement was put in place prior to Mr Claesson joining the Board of Leeds Group.
