Interests in shares
On 17 March 2010 the Company was notified that effective 18 March 2010, ADM Galleus Fund Limited (through its wholly owned subsidiary Asia Special Situation GJP1 Limited ("ASSGJP1")) transferred ownership of its entire holding of 193,695,929 ordinary shares, representing 28.65 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, from a nominee account at Pershing Nominees Limited to a new nominee account with HSBC Bank plc. ADM Galleus Fund Limited (through its wholly owned subsidiary ASSGJP1) remains as the ultimate beneficial owner.
