Interests in shares
On 12 February 2010 the Company was notified that on 12 February 2010, IB Daiwa Corporation transferred complete ownership of its wholly owned subsidiary, Asia Special Situations GJP1 Limited ("ASSGJP1) to ADM Galleus Fund Limited.
Following the transfer, ADM Galleus Fund Limited (through its wholly owned subsidiary ASSGJP1) has a beneficial interest in 193,695,929 ordinary shares of Leed representing 28.65 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
