Publication of the Notice of a General Meeting and Form of Proxy
Lb-shell plc announces that it has now posted to shareholders a Notice of a General Meeting ("GM Notice") and Form of Proxy pursuant to Section 656 of the Companies Act 2006 (net assets of a public company are half or less of its called-up share capital) following the completion of the sale to Meditor Energy Limited on 25th October 2017. There are no Resolutions being proposed at this meeting.
A copy of the GM Notice has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. This document is also available on the Company's website at www.lb-shell.com/investors.
