Director’s Share Dealing

On 11 February 2016 the Company was notified that A K Thapar, LAP’s Finance Director and Company Secretary, sold 111,847 10p ordinary shares in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 25p.

Following this transaction, A K Thapar has a beneficial interest in 120,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DTR 3.1.4R(1).
