UPDATE TO RELEASE DATE OF THE 2021 FINANCIAL RESULTS
Lamprell PLC provides an update on the timing of publication of its 2021 financial results. In accordance with the temporary forbearance granted by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Group expects to publish its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 by no later than 30 June 2022.
As previously announced, the Group continues to progress a number of potential financing and strategic options, including asset monetisation, project-specific financing, hybrid facilities and/or additional equity, with a view to finalising these options in Q2 2022.
