Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rules, the Company announces that as at 31 May 2012 the total number of ordinary shares of 0.1p in issue is 281,705,006 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company also has a total of 185,171,673 deferred shares of 0.9p each in issue which do not carry voting rights.

The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total of 281,705,006 ordinary shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
