Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the international, fully integrated wealth and investment management group, announces that Jonathan Massing, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Kingswood Holdings Limited, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 7th November 2023 at prices between 13 and 14 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Jonathan Massing holds 350,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Jonathan also holds 144,125,262 Ordinary Shares through KPI Nominees Ltd, in which he and Gary Wilder both have a beneficial shareholding, representing approximately 66 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
