Kingswood Holdings Limited (AIM: KWG), the integrated wealth management group, announces that the Company has been notified that David Hudd, a Non-Executive Director of the Group, has purchased a total of 200,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr Hudd is interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
