The Company announces that it has been informed that Marianne Ismail, EWG's Chief Executive Officer, has purchased a total of 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase Marianne Ismail is interested in 1,050,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.71 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
