EQUITY PRE-IPO INVESTMENTS LIMITED ("Pre-IPO" or "the Company") CHANGE OF NAME, BOARD CHANGES, CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATION PROVIDER AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE
The Company confirms that, following the passing of the resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's recent Annual General Meeting, the name of the Company has been changed to Kingswalk Investments Limited and, from 8AM, Friday 31st July 2009, will trade under the ticker KWI.L.
The Company also today announces the following changes to the Company's board of directors ("Board"), which take place with immediate effect. Paul Michael Everitt, aged 41 and Ian Roger Parry, aged 39, have agreed to join the Board, replacing Paul Schreibke and Martin Shires who have both resigned.
Mr Everitt and Mr Parry are respectively Managing Director and Director of Fund Corporation, a Guernsey based administration firm, which has today replaced Intertrust as the Company's administration services provider. Accordingly, the Company's registered office has today changed to Roseneath, The Grange, St Peter Port Guernsey GY1 3SJ.
Mr Everitt, a chartered accountant with more than 19 years experience in the finance industry previously acted as Head of Fund Services for Barclays Wealth's offshore operations, responsible for their fund administration teams prior to establishing Fund Corporation with Mr Parry in 2003. Mr Parry, also a chartered accountant, worked at Phoenix Equity Partners and Barclays Wealth before setting up Fund Corporation.
In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the Company announces the following information in respect of Mr Everitt and Mr Parry:
