KSK Power Ventur PLC12 June 2007 12 June 2007 KSK Power Ventur plc ("KSK", "the Company" or "the Group") Results Update Further to the trading statement released on 13th April 2007, KSK announces thatit is in the process of a full review of the composition of its Board, with aview to further strengthening the Board and optimising the capabilities of itssenior management team. It is anticipated that the Company will shortly be ableto announce the appointment of a new Finance Director as well as non-executiveappointments to follow. The Company is pleased to report further that, with all permissions andclearances obtained in good time, the 540 MW power project at Warora wasrecently launched in the presence of the Hon Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr.VilasRao Deshmukh & other dignitaries. The power supplies from the project areexpected commence from May 2009 and further details on the project will bereleased in due course. Trading overall in the Group continues to go well.
