Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, announces that it was informed on 4 October 2019 that on 3 October 2019 Dave Reeves, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 19,157,093 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 0.4 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Reeves has a beneficial interest in 489,557,584 ordinary shares representing 19.65 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
