Issue of Equity

Kore Potash plc advises that 44,132,674 new ordinary shares of US$0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") have today been issued to Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. ("SQM") in lieu of fees payable under a Technical Services Agreement.

Application has been made for the admission of 44,132,674 New Ordinary Shares on AIM, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange with admission expected to take place on 17 June 2022.

Following this issue, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 3,420,177,120 Ordinary Shares. No shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 3,420,177,120.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As a result of the above issue of shares to SQM, its shareholding will increase from 14.64% to 15.74% of the enlarged share capital.

For ASX's purposes, these securities are issued under ASX Listing Rule 10.11.
