The Company has been notified that on 04 September 2015, a Connected Person of Colette Kidd, a PDMR of the Company, sold 4,890 shares in the Company at a price of 224.7p. The Company has been further notified that on 07 September 2015, Colette Kidd sold 4,750 shares in the Company at a price of 230.6p.

Following this notification, Colette Kidd has a reportable shareholding of 26,341 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.02% of the issued share capital and her Connected Person holds 44,288 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
