Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Kenmare Resources plc (LSE: KMR, ISE: KMR) announces that Elaine Dorward-King, a Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, has been appointed as an independent director of Bond Resources Inc (“Bond Resources”). Bond Resources engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in North America and is quoted on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
