Kingspan Group PLC25 May 2007 Kingspan Group plc Board Changes 25th May 2007 The Board of Kingspan Group Plc announces the retirement from the Board of Mr.Kevin O'Connell with effect from the completion of yesterday's Annual GeneralMeeting. In paying tribute to Mr. O'Connell for his 24 years service as anon-executive director, the Chairman Mr. Eugene Murtagh thanked him for hissignificant contribution over the years and the independent viewpoint he alwaysbrought to the Board. The Board also announces the appointment of Mr. Louis Eperjesi as an executivedirector, and Ms Helen Kirkpatrick, as a non-executive director of the Company,with effect from the 1st June 2007. Mr. Eperjesi is the Managing Director of the Group's UK and Irish InsulatedPanels businesses, which account for a significant portion of Group turnover.He joined the Group in 2003, having previously been a director of Baxi HeatingUK. Ms Kirkpatrick is currently a non-executive director of a number of private andnot for profit companies, and was formerly a non-executive director of theInternational fund for Ireland, Enterprise Equity and NI CO Ltd. She is aFellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland is a Member of theChartered Institute of Marketing. Ms. Kirpatrick does not hold any shares in the Company. Mr. Eperjesi holds11,500 shares and 153,444 Options in the Company. There are no disclosuresrequired to be made pursuant to LR 6.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
