Director's Disclosure Update

The Company announces that on 14 April 2010 George Maloney was appointed as receiver over the Approved Retirement Fund of Brendan Murtagh, a non-executive director of Kingspan Group Plc. This disclosure is made as a matter of record in accordance with paragraph 6.6.8(1) of the Listing Rules.

Brendan Murtagh has indicated his intention to retire as a non-executive director of the Company after this year's Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 May 2010, when his term of appointment expires.
