Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms the following.
The total number of ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at today's date is 1,193,619,050. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights is 1,193,619,050.
The above figure of 1,193,619,050 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
