Macarthur Minerals Update
Rare Earth Minerals Plc (AIM/ISDX: REM; OTC: REMMY)) is pleased to report that Macarthur Minerals ("Macarthur") in which REM currently owns a 16.56% shareholding, has announced that it has opened an Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") IPO offer to raise up to AU$10 million.
The IPO is intended to close on 2 May 2017 and begin trading on the ASX on 17 May 2017, subject to acceptance by the ASX.
