Kcell increases the amount of its credit line with Bank of China Kazakhstan

Almaty, 3 June 2021 - Kcell Joint Stock Company ("Kcell" or the "Company") (LSE, KASE: KCEL; AIX: KCEL, KCEL.Y), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan, today notifies that it has signed an additional agreement with JSC SB "Bank of China in Kazakhstan" to increase the amount of the credit line from KZT 11 billion to KZT 13 billion, with an interest rate of 10.3% per annum and the term and period of loan availability until 1 June 2024.
