Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of K3 Business Technology Group plc (KBT.L) announces that on 26 November 2008 Per Johan Claesson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Claesson is interested in 4,151,448 Ordinary Shares representing 17.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
