Director dealing - correction
This announcement corrects the announcement made on 5 June 2008, RNS Number : 0434W, in which Mr Johan Claesson's holding in the Company was incorrectly disclosed. The correct text appears below.
K3 announces that the Subscription Period for Warrants issued pursuant to a Warrant Instrument dated 23 June 2005 entitling Johan Och Marianne Claesson AB, a Swedish company associated with Mr Johan Claesson (a non-executive director of the Company) to subscribe for 400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price per share of 90 pence has today been extended from 22 June 2008 to expire on 31 December 2008. All other terms of the Warrants remain unaltered.
The extension to the Subscription Period has been made in recognition of the continuing variation of loan repayment terms by CA Fastigheter AB, a company associated with Mr Claesson.
Mr Claesson holds 4,001,448 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company. - ENDS -
