KBC Advanced Technologies plc14 March 2006 The holding of Victoria Mary Brice & John Charles Brice A/C DISC in the sharecapital of KBC has previously been included within the overall beneficialholding of another shareholder, Mr John Charles Brice. We have been advised thatthe holding of Victoria Mary Brice & John Charles Brice A/C DISC should nolonger be included within Mr Brice's overall holding. For clarification, KBC confirms that Mr Brice's overall beneficial interest isover 3,263,845 shares, representing 6.04 per cent of the Company's issued sharecapital, and the overall beneficial interest of Victoria Mary Brice & JohnCharles Brice A/C DISC is over 400,000 shares, representing less than 3% of theCompany's issued share capital.
