KBC Advanced Technologies plc15 January 2007 15 January 2007 KBC Advanced Technologies plc (the "Company") Director Dealing The Company announces that on 12 January 2007 it was notified of the following dealings : Mr Christopher Powell-Smith, the non-executive chairman of the Company, had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at 46.5p per share. Following this purchase Mr Powell-Smith is interested in 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital. Mr George Bright, the chief executive of the Company, had purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at 46.5p per share. Following this purchase Mr Bright is interested in 26,425 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital. Mr Nicholas Stone, the operations and finance director of the Company, had purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at 46.5p per share. Following this purchase Mr Stone is interested in 27,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.05% of the issued share capital. Mr Michael Kirk, a non-executive director of the Company, had purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at 46.5p per share.
