Quester VCT plcVoting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 20 December 2006, the issued share capital and voting rights of Quester VCT plc are as follows:

Quester VCT plc's share capital consists of 116,855,437 Ordinary shares 5p with voting rights attached one vote per Ordinary share. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Quester VCT plc is 116,855,437.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in Quester VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
