Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and/or Connected Persons

Opera Investments PLC ("Opera" or the "Company") was notified on 15 July 2015 of the following transactions involving HD Capital Partners Holdings LLP, Paul Dudley and Philip Haydn-Slater. As set out in the Company's prospectus issued on 22 April 2015 at the time of the Company's Listing (the "Prospectus"), the interests of Paul Dudley, a director of the Company, were held by HD Capital Partners Holdings LLP. The designated partners of HD Capital Partners Holdings LLP, Paul Dudley and Philip Haydn-Slater, have decided to dissolve HD Capital Partners Holdings LLP and as a result have allocated their holdings directly into their own name on the basis set out below. No consideration was payable with respect to these transfers which took place on 15 July 2016.
There was no change to the aggregate holdings of the partners of HD Capital Partners Holdings LLP and there is no change to the lock-in restrictions to which these shares are subject, as summarised in the Prospectus.
Following these transfers, HD Capital Partners Holdings LLP retains no interests in the Company (previously held 1,750,000 ordinary shares representing 10.14% of issued share capital and voting rights of the Company).
Following these transfers, Paul Dudley retains a direct interest in the Company of 1,166,667 ordinary shares, representing 6.76% of issued share capital and voting rights of the Company (previously held no direct interest or voting rights).
Following these transfers, Philip Haydn-Slater retains a direct interest in the Company of 583,333 ordinary shares, representing 3.38% of issued share capital and voting rights of the Company (previously held no direct interest or voting rights).
This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
