Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the consumer security software business, confirms its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are now available to download from the Company's website at www.kape.com.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 12.00pm on Thursday 17 May 2018 at the offices of Morrison & Foerster (UK) LLP, CityPoint, One Ropemaker St, London EC2Y 9AW.
