Directorate Appointment
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital security and privacy software business, confirms that, further to the announcement on 18 January 2022, Oded Baskind has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Save for the information set out above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Oded Baskind, aged 37, who holds no ordinary shares and 268,750 share options in the Company.
