Digital Marketing Group plc (AIM: DIGI), the UK's largest digital marketing specialist,has made application for the admission of 219,298 ordinary shares of 5p each to trading on AIM ("Admission"). These shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options. Admission is expected to be effective at 8.00am on 18th August 2010.
