In addition, notification was received today that Ben Langdon has sold 1m shares at 30p. The sale relates to the repayment of a loan that was taken out when he first invested in the Company. Ben continues to hold a significant stake in the Company. Following the sale, Ben holds 2,491,266 ordinary shares representing 3.36% of the share capital in the Company.

The above Directors, as well as two existing institutional shareholders, have taken this opportunity to increase their stake in the Company.
