The following amendment has been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 1 June 2020 at 17:36 under RNS 5978O.
The below announcement has been corrected to confirm that the no shares were purchased by the Company on 1 June 2020 and therefore for reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should use the figure of 13,142,002 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company as at 1 June 2020.

Transaction in Own Shares and issued shares correction
The Company announced on 1 June 2020 that it had purchased 24,211 of its Ordinary shares at 935.82 pence per share to be held in treasury. The announcement released on 1 June 2020 at 17:36 under RNS 5978O was issued in error and consequently the Company's total voting rights data as at 1 June 2020 is clarified as follows:
The issued share capital of the Company is 18,223,413 Ordinary shares, of which 5,081,411 are held in treasury. Therefore as at 1 June 2020, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 13,142,002.
For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 13,142,002 when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
