Directors' Dealings

Jubilant was informed on 25thApril, 2013 that on the same day Jubilant Energy Holding BV ("JEHBV") purchased 4,081,142 ordinary shares / depository interests of Euro 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 15.50 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the total shareholding of JEHBV in the Company has increased to 353,865,298 ordinary shares/ depository interests representing 85 per cent. of the issued share capital of Jubilant.

JEHBV is fully owned by Jubilant Enpro Pvt Limited, India which inturn is owned by Mr S S Bhartia - Non Executive Director and Chairman and Mr H S Bhartia - Non Executive Director and Co-Chairman of Jubilant, directly or indirectly through entities owned and/or controlled by them and their relatives.
