Update from the Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc 

The Company would like to make Shareholders aware that there has been a conversion of a number of Depositary Receipts held by the Company into their underlying local MOEX traded securities. The Company will apply a fair value approach to these securities based on the last available price of 25th February 2022, which is in line with the previously announced fair valuation approach for local MOEX traded securities.

This is reflected in the unaudited NAV of 46.58p for value close of business 11th August 2022.

While the Company continues to apply a fair value approach, there is no certainty that any value will be achievable from them over the short, medium or even long term due to the factors arising following the imposition of additional sanctions against Russia.
