Update on NOMAD Appointment
As previously announced, the Board of JQW plc was notified by Cairn Financial Advisors LLP of its intention to resign as NOMAD to the Company. The Board regrets this decision by the Company's NOMAD.
The Board will seek to appoint a new NOMAD within the next month but cannot be certain that it will be able to appoint a replacement.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
