In conformity with Rule 5.6 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's total capital is 488,279,054Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares). The Company's capital consists of 356,374,443 Shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as US$ Equity Shares, 63,312,305 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as 2013 zero dividend preference shares and 68,592,306 shares of no par value (excluding treasury shares) each classified as 2015 zero dividend preference shares.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 356,374,443for the US$ Equity Share class, 63,312,305 for the 2013 Zero Dividend Preference share class and 68,592,306 for the 2015 Zero Dividend Preference share class. These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
