REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 96,714 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 99.01 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 11,260,978 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 72,960,261.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

 

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 15,828 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 979.63 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,809,006 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury 26,777,912.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
