The Company announces that, with effect from 15 April 2022, Rupert Dickinson, a non-executive director of the Company, has stepped down from the Board for health reasons. The Board does not envisage seeking a replacement for Rupert in the near term with the remaining five non-executive directors having sufficient knowledge and experience to meet the needs of the Company. However, the Board will continue to evaluate and monitor the Company's governance structure and will consider further Board appointments where appropriate, in particular, with regards to succession planning. The Board will consider the re-appointment of Rupert once he has made a full recovery.
