REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 79,213 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 99.00 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 11,164,264 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 73,056,975.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

 

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 21,955 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 991.28 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,793,178 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 26,793,740.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
