Further to the announcement made by the Company earlier today regarding the appointment of Karl Sternberg as a director, the Company confirms that Mr. Sternberg is also a director of Jupiter Fund Management PLC.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R (2) to (6) for Mr. Sternberg.
