Further to the shareholder circular dated 10 February 2017 (the "Circular") the Board of JPMorgan Brazil Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce that the special resolution as set out in the Notice of General Meeting to renew the Company's share buyback authority, put to shareholders today at the General Meeting was duly passed.
