Trapoil (AIM: TRAP), the independent oil and gas exploration, appraisal and production company focused on the UK Continental Shelf ("UKCS") region of the North Sea, was yesterday notified of the following sale of ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 February 2014 today by a director of the Company:

* Miles Newman and his wife are jointly interested in the shares detailed above.
