Total voting rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Journey Group announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 13,798,642 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of the 13,798,642 Ordinary Shares in issue, 1,787,948 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury and do not hold voting rights.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company at the date of this notice is 12,010,694.
The above figure of 12,010,694 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Journey Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
