Watermark Group PLC28 July 2006 28 July 2006 Watermark Group plc ("Watermark", "the Company" or "the Group") Grant of Options Nicholas Scott, Group Commercial Director, was granted today, 28 July 2006,360,000 options over the Company's Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("OrdinaryShares") for a consideration of £1 under the Company's unapproved scheme at anexercise price of 61p per Ordinary Share. These options are exercisable atanytime between 28 July 2009 and 27 July 2013. Nicholas Scott has a beneficial interest in 96,761 Ordinary Shares representing0.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
