Watermark Group PLC23 March 2006 For immediate release: 23 March 2006 WATERMARK GROUP PLC APPOINTMENT OF NICHOLAS SCOTT (ACA) AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Watermark Group plc ("Watermark" or "the Company"), the leading provider ofin-flight products, in-flight catering and cabin management services to theairline and travel industry, has appointed Nicholas Scott as an ExecutiveDirector with effect from 22 March 2006. Nick, 35, is Finance and Commercial Director of Air Fayre Limited and Media onthe Move Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, forming itsServices Division. He joined Air Fayre and Media on the Move in 2001, and hasworked alongside Maurice Ostro before and after the sale to Watermark, and overthis period, these two companies have at least tripled in size. Prior to AirFayre, Nick's roles have included Head of Finance at InWear UK, a Danish fashioncompany; Group Financial Analyst at Ti Group; and Group Chief Accountant atUnwins Wine Merchants. Nick trained as a Chartered Accountant at Grant Thorntonin London, qualifying in 1996. Nick Scott has a beneficial interest in 96,761 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence eachin the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.2% per cent of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
