Changes to the Board
Journey Group Plc, a leading provider of in-flight products, catering and media services to the international airline and travel industries today announces the retirement of two Non-executive Directors.
Following the Group's Annual General Meeting held today Mr Danny Bernstein and Mr David Jennings have retired from the Board. During his time on the Board, Danny Bernstein has served on the Audit and Remuneration Committees, has been Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and also, for a time, Chairman of the Board. David Jennings has also served on the Audit and Remuneration Committees and has been Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Stephen Yapp, Executive Chairman said, 'I would like to take this opportunity to thank both Danny and David for their contributions to the Board. Danny and David have both contributed significantly to the Group's recovery. I wish them well for the future."
