As at 1 November 2016, John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited ("JLIF" or the "Company") had 899,003,264 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market.

As such the total voting rights figure, which may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, is 899,003,264 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence.
