JLIF announces completed acquisition

Following its successful capital raise of £60.4 million 6 days ago, JLIF today announces the completed acquisition of a 40% shareholding in Kromhout Barracks (Netherlands), valued at €24.2 million. This is as outlined in the prospectus issued on 7th September 2012.

This acquisition takes the number of assets in the JLIF portfolio to 36.

This asset is of high quality and further diversifies JLIF's portfolio in the PPP accommodation sector. We anticipate the acquisition of the remaining two assets in this portfolio from John Laing, Forth Valley and Pembury Hospital, to complete in the near future. JLCM continues to actively seek new opportunities for acquisition."
