DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), JLIF advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Paul Lester was appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman of Essentra plc, on 20 April 2016. Essentra plc was admitted to trading on the Official List of the UKLA and trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 6 June 2005.
